Galfan Coated Welded Gabion Baskets 3.0-6.0mm Wire 1x1x1m Size

Galfan is hot-dipped galvanized steel coated with an alloy made of 95% zinc and 5% aluminum or 90% zinc and 10% aluminum. This solid solution improves corrosion resistance by more than 50% compared to traditional galvanization. Welded mesh panels can be easily cut to any size. Welded mesh gabions include 6 panels and spiral binders for easy installation.

Material: Low carbon iron wire, steel wire, stainless steel wire, etc.

1. Check all components are present and open out the mesh panels
2. Lift side panels into vertical position and join using helical spiral with rotating action
3. Continue until helical is fully engaged and locked in place
4. Assemble adjacent panels for all vertical joints, each retained with one helical
5. Fill gabion and install stiffener wire until full
6. Close lid by joining with correct helical, ensuring top mesh bears down on rock fill
