Heavy Zinc Coated Welded Gabion Mesh 100x100mm 3.0-6.0mm Wire

Welded Gabions are constructed from welded wire mesh panels assembled with spirals, locking pins, and stiffeners. Each gabion panel features rugged high-tensile wire coated with a thick, corrosion-resistant zinc layer.

The wire is also available with Galfan coating. Welded mesh gabions can be prefilled on-site for quick and easy construction. These gabions have diverse applications including retaining walls for commercial, industrial, and road projects, landscaping, and erosion control.

Available in Zinc Coated, PVC Coated, and Galfan Coated options.

1. Verify all components are present and open the mesh panels
2. Lift side panels vertically and join using helical spirals
3. Rotate the spiral until fully engaged and locked in place
4. Assemble adjacent panels using one helical per joint
5. Fill with stones and install stiffener wires
6. Close the lid using helical spirals, ensuring top mesh bears down on fill
