Gabion mesh is produced through "one-piece forming". Except for the cover panel, the side panels, end panels, and bottom panel are"inseparably integrated". Tolerances: length/width (±5%), height (±5%). Internally,"partition panels" divide the structure into independent units at "1-meter intervals".
Gabion mesh adopts an"assembly-type structure". The cover panel, side panels, end panels, and bottom panel are produced separately and assembled into a gabion box. All components are bound together using spiral steel binding wires. Reinforcement wires(thicker gauge wires) are used along all edges of the box to enhance the strength of the gabion mesh.
This structure can be used for slope support, foundation pit support, wire mesh anchoring and shotcreting on rock faces of mountains, slope greening (vegetation), and railway/highway isolation guardrail mesh. It can also be fabricated into boxes and mattresses for scour protection along rivers, dams, seawalls, as well as for gabion boxes used in reservoir and river closure projects. Additionally, it features corrosion resistance, anti-static properties, anti-aging characteristics, and oxidation resistance, resulting in a longer service life.
