Gabion is made of twisted hexagonal opening steel mesh with the type 8x10 mesh. The diameter of the wire mesh has normally 3 types: 2.2, 2.7 or 3.0 mm, which is filled with natural stone for river, hill protection or construction. Gabions are environmentally friendly and cost effective when compared to other options. The inherent advantages of cost and the fact that Gabions withstand the rigors of the environment for very long periods of time have made the use widespread.

Gabions sizes: 2m x 1m x 1m, 3m x 1m x 1m, 4m x 1m x 1m, 2m x 1m x 0.5m, 4m x 1m x 0.5m. Custom orders available.

Materials: Finish can be hot-dipped galvanized, galvanized aluminum alloy or PVC coated, etc.

• Durability - Our PVC coated wire gabions and mattresses are particularly well suited for an extended life in harsh and corrosive environments.
• Strength and flexibility - Rock-mattresses, and rock fall netting are constructed from double-twist hexagonal woven mesh. This provides inherent strength and flexibility. Also, if a wire is cut or broken the mesh cannot "unravel".
• Porosity - Gabion and rock-mattress structures are porous to prevent build up of hydrostatic pressure and are able to withstand differential settlement.
