Double Twisted Hexagonal Mesh Gabions are rectangular wire mesh baskets filled with rock at the project site to form malleable, permeable structures. The strength comes from a double twisted hexagonal mesh of steel wires, ensuring the structure remains intact even if one or more wires are damaged.

Mattresses and gabion baskets are available with a 0.5mm nominal thickness PVC coating to enhance corrosion resistance. This coating increases the diameter by 1mm for all wires used in manufacturing.

Gabion Sacks are cylindrical units made of double twisted steel woven wire mesh panels, filled with stone on-site to create flexible, durable structures ideal for river training and emergency works.
