How to install welded gabion box:
After checking you have all the components, open out the mesh panels.
Lift the side panels into vertical position and join by feeding the correct length of helical formed spiral into the corner, using a rotating action, until the helical is fully engaged.
When the helical is fully engaged, the formed end should lock in place.
All panel joints (vertical joints) are formed by assembling to the adjacent panel. Each joint is retained with one helical.
Repeat the filling and stiffener wire installation until the gabion is full and then close the lid by joining with the correct helical while ensuring the top mesh bears down on the rock fill.
